Erika Amoako-Agyei
Erika Amoako-Agyei is the Founder & Executive Director of Africa Intercultural Consulting. She is an experienced intercultural trainer & business consultant, public speaker and writer working with global companies and organizations with existing or expanding operations in Africa. In 2016, she was selected by Stanford University for a one-year assignment in Ghana to advance economic opportunities in West Africa (Sept. 2017–2018).

Kwaku is the Founding President & Executive Dean of Nobel International Business School (NIBS) in Accra, Ghana. Prior to founding NIBS in October 2014, he was Professor of Innovation Management & Marketing at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai for nearly 10 years; during that time he was also the Founding Executive Director of CEIBS Africa Campus in Accra, Ghana for five years.
