Efforts must be made to identify existing technical training facilities for the purposes of collaboration in setting up Skilled Training Centers across the country. Such institutions as the former Polytechnics, now technical universities could be potential partners. There could be a combination of owning some training facilities and equipment as well as renting existing facilities and equipment at Technical Universities for the purpose of training.
